Once you contact us, someone from the Company will respond back to begin the process of creating a verifiable request. Only you, or a person registered with the Secretary of State in the state where you reside and that you authorize in writing to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child upon reasonable verification of your identity and relationship. To designate an authorized agent, we require that:

If you are making a request as an authorized agent on behalf of a consumer, we require that:

● Provide us with written proof that you are registered with the applicable Secretary of State.
● Ensure that the consumer you represent provides us with a signed declaration form confirming your identity (under penalty of perjury).
● Ensure that the consumer you represent provides us with necessary pieces of information that will allow us to confirm their identity by comparing that information with information we already hold about them.
● If you are acting under a valid power of attorney for a deceased consumer under applicable probate code sections, such valid power of attorney will suffice and you will not need to complete the steps above.
Response Timing and Format
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and we will endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
We will deliver our written response by regular mail or electronically (e.g., email), at your option.
Disclosures we provide will cover the12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt, but the Company reserves the right to provide additional disclosure, at its option. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will attempt to use a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your state privacy law rights. Unless permitted by the applicable law, we will not:
